1. Introduction
Welcome to Spark Global Visa (A Division of Spark Corporation (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.). By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Scope of Services
– Application Assistance: Guidance on process timelines, petition/application filing procedures, and submission protocols.
– Document Checklist: Provision of an updated checklist of required documents.
– Dedicated Assistance: Assignment of a dedicated case manager to guide you through the entire application process.
– Form Filling Support: Assistance with completing application/visa/assessment forms accurately.
– Representation: Option for Spark Global Visa or its representative to act on the Client’s behalf, if authorized.
– Regular Updates: Notifications regarding changes in application systems and guidance on necessary upgrades.
– Visa Slot Booking: Support in booking visa slots at appropriate locations and times.
– Medical and PCC Support: Assistance with medical and police clearance certificate (PCC) procedures.
– Family Applications: Processing spouse and children’s applications at no extra service charge.
– Optional Services: Paid services for foreign exchange and air ticketing.
– Relocation Assistance: Guidance on port of entry rules, airport pickup, temporary and permanent residence solutions, and a settlement kit with orientation materials.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
– Spark Global Visa is not responsible for the approval or rejection of visa applications by any immigration authority.
– We do not guarantee job placement or employment. We offer only assistance with resume editing, job site uploads, and related services as a courtesy.
– We do not guarantee accommodation but may assist through references from past clients.
– Spark Global Visa is not responsible for the authenticity of documents provided by the Client. Any false or fabricated documents will lead to termination of services without refund.
– We are not liable for any travel arrangements made by the Client prior to written confirmation of visa approval.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
– Visa rejection due to false, incomplete, or unverifiable documentation.
– Failure to attend visa interviews or comply with consulate requirements.
– Rejection due to past visa denials or legal issues.
– Application rejection due to incorrect fee payment or mode of payment.
– Failure to meet immigration fund requirements.
5. Document Handling
– Spark Global Visa will only accept scanned or photocopies of documents; no original documents are required.
– Submitted documents will not be returned.
– We do not guarantee attestation, notarization, or formatting of documents, as it is the Client’s responsibility.
6. Service Limitations
– Spark Global Visa’s service charges are exclusive of government fees, embassy charges, courier expenses, IELTS exam fees, medical tests, PCC, and other third-party costs.
– Our fees are based on Spark Global Visa’s service standards and are non-negotiable after registration.
– We do not entertain demands for expedited processing or submission deadlines.
7. Client Responsibilities
– The Client must provide accurate and truthful information, including details of previous visa rejections or approvals.
– It is the Client’s responsibility to meet language proficiency requirements (e.g., IELTS scores).
– The Client must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Changes in Immigration Policies
– Immigration authorities may modify their procedures, including interviews, additional documentation, or increased fees.
– Spark Global Visa is not responsible for such changes or any resulting application delays.
9. Intellectual Property
– Spark Global Visa reserves the right to publish Client testimonials and achievements on any media platform for promotional purposes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
– Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
11. Amendments
– Spark Global Visa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
